How to Blue Screen Properly

HD4Indies and FresHDV have already covered this article from General Specialist, but it is a good run down of how to do blue screen and green screen shoots properly! Give this a read and keep it as reference because it is a pain in the ass reshooting anything let alone in a studio.

Thanks for the link, and for not just "picking the raisins out of the cake" by extracting a few of the tips and reposting them with only one of the examples and with a copied image.

I'll add to the post by including a question I got in a comment about keying blurred footage, either from motion blur or from depth-of-field.
